Not only have these people worked on my Caravelle two years ago and only managed to drive to the Eastern Cape and ended up needing a new engine from their shoddy work. I have recently, on emergency asked them to resolve a radiator fan issue on a VW Polo. After buying parts, the fan is still not working and asked me to leave the car for further tests and will pay for those and even suggested that I take the car to an auto electrician (at my own cost), which I refused. Why did they take up an auto-electrician job they don't know how to fix instead of referring me? I will be taking the matter up with relevant bodies, including the Department of Labour's Inspection and Enforcement Services.
