Dishonest salesmen. Stay away

Bought a vw citigolf from the dealership on 07/01/2019. The vehicle was sold as immaculate condition . The car was taken to a mechanic after the car was suffering from power loss during accelaration. The mechanic noted that the car was in an accident and the chassis was welded. The computer box also does not pickup on diagnostic equipment. When i went to dealership he refused a refund and would only give the trade in value of the car.
