Speedquip.co.za overcharged for courier

Speedquip.co.za charged me R150.00 courier fee then use Paxi to ship the ordered part. Paxi charges R60.00 to deliver a parcel which took about 10 days. Other couriers charge R150 for overnight delivery. So I was ********** by Speedquip.co.za thinking that my parcel would be sent overnight. There is also no way of contacting Speedquip.co.za so you cannot complain or find out what the status of your order is. Terrible customer service by both Speedquip.CO.ZA, I will never use them again or recommend them to anybody!
