Ordered items not delivered

I ordered 4 yellow reflective tapes amounting to R 1,520.00 including courier fees on the 22 June 2020, I was give tracking number by the owner of the shop but I could not get the parcel when I followed up with the courier company (Fastway) I was informed that my parcel were ****** when the driver was hijacked on his way to deliver the parcel , what amaze me is that the supplier can't take my calls or respond to what sup so that he will replace or refund my money ,

Please stay away from this ***** I even doubt if indeed there was a hijacking since the dealer is not cooperating
