Order processed, then "refunded", no answer to calls or messages

So I placed an order online on 10 November 2013 at speedquip (42 Naomi St, Strand, Strans, 7140). I paid for the order and received an email saying my order is being processed. I tried calling speedquip, Because i wanted to arrange my own courier.. tried calling the landline, tried calling the whatsapp number, send whatsapps and emails and they just NEVER respond. Everyday i tried calling or send messages. On Friday the 12th Nov I received an email saying that my order has been refunded, out of the blue. Again i tried calling, sending messages and emails, no response. Keep in mind, the dont even have our banking details to make the refund. What kind of company never answers the phone or messages??? They never communicate. This is really poor service that they are giving their clients. I wonder if we gonna receive the package and if they really are going to refund us.. There is no other telephone numbers available to reach them, they simply just ignore us. So i am not happy about their service at all. And i would not recommend them to anyone.
