Ghost company

At the moment I don't know if this is a ****, what I do know is they don't answer emails or the telephone. I ordered my part last week and just can't get through to them. I'm at the stage now where I'll have to source from elsewhere as I can't wait forever I need to fix my car. I'm weighing up my options.
