He repaired our SpeedQueen Tumble Drier with inferior parts, it worked about 1 week and now it is impossible to get him to replace the part, even though he states on the invoice 1 Year guarantee. Item and repair was fully paid. He also took the AEG dish-washer to repair at his ""workshop" it was a small thing. He refuses to bring it back and ignore phone calls and messages, or when he answers, he makes idle promises for months now.
