BAD BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I took my car there on the 2 of March 2015 till today i dont have my car today although ive made the cash full of R15400.00 for service. I bought some extra parts of the car that i was not aware off that were not included inthe quotation though the said they will fix everything on my car. The radiator cost me 2000 and the oil pump cost me 1400 , the company does not give prompt feed back to me as their client , i seem to thing that because i have paid money to them now i am not that important to them. my car is gathering dust mites in their shop while im struggling to go to work. I am sick and tired because i use my airtime to contact and it cost money that they even pay me back. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THEM , I WANT MY CAR AND THEIR SERVICE IS BAD !!!
