No response for purchase made

On 2 November @ 23H30 I bought pre paid electricity via EFT as this is the only way we can buy electricity for our meters. @23H38 the POP was send via email, 5 minutes later I send an SMS.. With 20 minutes intervals I kept on sending POP via email and SMS with meter number. Almost 2 hours later and still no token.
