Worst Customer Service - Be very carefull

Andrew and his team uses one excuse after the other not to perform on there promises. I was quoted a month ago and accepted the quote. Then I was told that they have to do a site inspection. Then I waited and waited. After having to follow up when the site inspection will be done I have to find out it gets outsourced to other people and there number is given to me and I have to follow up with them myself. Then I don't here from them until eventually another person contacts and says installation will be Monday at 10. Obviously they don't pitch. On the next follow up we get told we never signed the quote despite having paid a 70% deposit. At this stage I reckon I got swallowed. Please avoid them at all cost
