Worst service ever!!!

I bought from SHEIN on the 18th of November 2024. Parcel arrived on the 29th November 2024. Ever since they received the parcel, no communication. Last update was on the 29th November 2024. This is unacceptable it has been 3 weeks without communication. It is sad that I have to spend money I do not have to buy my kids Christmas clothes because the order had their clothes. I am going to another province for holidays, i should have left last week already but waited for this order. Speedaf express sucks!!
