Worst of the worst courier expereinces

This courier company has only had bad reviews and now I understand why - none of the 3 contact numbers are being answered, at all, never (trust me I tried numerous times). I've also resorted to send them an email, again no response.

I ordered a parcel from Aliexpress and I had tracking up to the 30'th November, where the Speedaf / MDS courier was indicated as having been given the parcel.. next update was on 6 Dec where Speedaf indicated I'm not contactable and hence had an unsuccessful delivery. This courier company never answered any of my attempts to make contact with them and then have the odacity to lie - as I have no missed calls and we are 24/7 available at the delivery address.. Still not able to make contact, but they clearly stated to contact them to make re-delivery arrangements - apalling service!
