WORST IN SERVICE AND FEES

The worst courier ever. They keep over charging and when you call to query they keep saying they will adjust and they don't. They are rude and do not come back to you. I've had parcels from Temu with higher values come through Buffalo and Fastway and the import cost is much less, note that none of my parcels contain clothing items. They need to be reported to SARS.

My latest parcel has a value of R200, i paid only R66 as i had a credit with Temu, Items are a cup, a straw topper, facial massager and a string bracelet, total tax and duty R87, How? Earlier this month i had an item delivered with buffalo, value of R600 and only paid R86. Again no clothes, they are ******* and need to be addressed.
