Worst experience ever

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Speedaf Express. My delivery has been repeatedly delayed with false claims that I was “not reachable,” despite no calls or delivery attempts being made.

The delivery driver, Wendy Mlaba, was unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to cooperate when trying to arrange a smooth delivery—even after I suggested alternatives and tried to meet halfway. Communication was poor throughout, and I was left chasing updates myself.

This level of service is unacceptable. I’m frustrated by the delays, the lack of accountability, and the disrespect shown. I hope Speedaf addresses this urgently and improves their customer service standards.
