Worst courier ever

Order ZA*** cleared customs on the 7th of November but till today i have not received my order. My second order that cleared customs on the 10th was delivered on the 12th of November by Buffalo. There is no update on their system it just says received at site. I have never had any problems in the past with Buffalo but Speedaf is the worst.
