Worst courier ever

Still waiting for my SHEIN order, which was expected to be delivered between 23–26 November. There has been no communication about the delay and no response on WhatsApp. They attempted to call on 21/11, but when I answered, the line was open with no one speaking. I tried calling back, but there has been no response to date.
