Worst courier company

My experience with Speedaf was extremely disappointing. There were no updates on my Shein order for weeks, and the tracking number provided had no information attached to it. Communication was completely lacking — Shein could not even provide reliable contact details for Speedaf.

After waiting three weeks, my order finally arrived without any delivery notification. The driver showed up unannounced and trued calling when he was at the gate, i did not recognize the number and declined it as i was in an important meeting where I was the host of the meeting and presenting, he there after proceeded to continuously hoot outside my property for several minutes while I was in the meeting and continued to call, I had to eventually excuse myself. When I went out outside, I apologized and let the driver know that I am in an meeting and need to go back quickly, the driver then proceeded to ask how can I not hear him hoot, why was i not ready to collect the package as he has been calling for 5 minutes while waiting outside, that I am wasting his time while he is waiting for me, all this while I explained that I am in an hurry, he held on to the package until he finished arguing and handed the package over with attitude.
