Waited All Day, No Delivery, No Updates

I am beyond frustrated with SpeedAF. My Shein parcel has been marked out for delivery for 3 days and it is still not delivered. I stayed home the entire day, even missed work, waiting for a delivery that never came.

What makes it worse is the complete lack of communication. I called every contact number, sent messages, and even emailed, but no one answers. Tracking updates also stopped without explanation.

This service is unacceptable. If a parcel is marked out for delivery, customers deserve clear updates and actual delivery on the promised day. SpeedAF needs to seriously improve their communication and reliability.
