Very poor service

Very poor service. Poor communication, had a scheduled delivery however on the date of delivery I was told that they do not courier door to door. I arranged delivery the following day as I was to work and could only be available to receive delivery in the morning which was agreed upon however there was no communication around the time we had agreed to the previous day. Got a call in the afternoon to ask me to meet when I explicitly explained to the person I spoke to regarding delivery that I will not be available and can not send someone to fetch the parcel on my behalf. Had to ask for my parcel to be returned to the provider. I am utterly disappointed at the service and lack of communication and support
