Useless logistics company

This carrier is so useless !!I was suppose to receive my order on Monday after i placed my order on the 25th OCT25.Their phones has been disconnected , my driver changed twice. They not even responding to emails. now they saying i rejected the the parcel meanwhile they did not even call or send a email but I provided all my contact information. I WANT MY PARCEL!!!
