Useless courier services

Useless no other word for this courier service. Receive message they will deliver my parcel, when I check again on Tuesday 12/5)2026 shows my parcel is already delivered 13:10, bit till today no parcel was delivered. I phoned them several times that day and days after then machine answer all agents currently busy use WhatsApp line, then I do that put in parcel no starts with ZA......do that then shows parcel delivered and signed.....I send email aswell and sms to enquire but no feedback ....I want my parcel and need proof who signed for it. Please be so kind and help me.
