Useless

Speedaf has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. My international parcel from AliExpress has been stuck in customs, and I’ve tried contacting Speedaf for over two weeks no one answers calls, and the numbers they email me are either incorrect or constantly busy.

When they finally rep****, they said I must speak to the seller for the return. But customs confirmed that only the courier (Speedaf) can return the parcel, yet Speedaf refuses to assist or communicate properly.

I’m now stuck with a package I cannot receive due to high customs fees, and Speedaf is doing nothing to send it back or help me resolve the issue. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable
