Unprofessionalism from speedaf

The lack of courtesy towards paying customers is ridiculous. I had contracted speedaf thought their customer service line in the last week of January as my package was due then and I was met with incredibly rude people over the phone. They do not answer emails and the lack of tracking information on ny package adds to my frustration.
