This isn't even considered "service"

Got an email saying my delivery is "unsuccessful" because I was "unreachable", yet recieved no calls whatsoever and didn't see them in front of my home to deliver. Same thing the next day. I can't get into contact with them by calling them, goes straight to some random voice message about why I can't get into contact. Same thing with phone numbers on WhatsApp. Was able to get a number from the email that I could message to provide a different number or confirm my number, but once again got an AI generated message. Emailed them, no response. My packages are possibly going to be sent back to the sender and I don't even know if I get a refund or not.
