They are not delivering my parcel

Why have my parcel not yet arrived yet it arrived in south africa Friday last week and still the company that speedaf trusted with my parcel have not done the job (umhlaba logistics) they rescheduled my parcel without even calling me. I did my part so can speedaf and they unreliable partners do they job ZA***T. Its Tuesday im definitely sure they will not deliver today. Because they haven't even updated on they system
