Terrible Experience

This review is about Patso from speedaf. I ordered a shein package and he had messaged me to ask if anyone will be home to receive the package. I said that i’m sure there will be, but i wanted to make sure. I asked him a few questions asking if he knows what time round about he would arrive to deliver. He said he’s not sure so I left it. My delivery got delivered on the 11 February 2026, Today is the 19th February 2026, he messaged me now saying “hi” at 9:12PM. I answered “hello?” because it’s way past my delivery and my delivery had already been delivered. he rep**** with “ Oh kanti you the one be ungihlupha” which, means “you’re the one whose bothering me”. Which i simply did not. He signed up for this job so he must do it. I asked a few questions because i needed to know if anyone would be home. I personally find this very rude and disrespectful
