Terrible customer service from Speedaf courier

I submitted my order on Jan 21st I was meant to expect delivery between Jan 29 and Feb 4th Speedaf was the allocated logistics company and I am unable to reach them completely. None of the numbers or emails work. How can you run a business without proper support, status says you cannot reach us but we have nowhere to contact you.... So frustrating
