Speedhaf and meili logistics

Speedhaf and Meili logistics is a ****. Been having a problem with my order tracking No number that ends with ……..6454R. As a regular customer on Alli Express I am so disappointed by Meillie logistics, i have been quiet about their high taxes but this one is a total insult. The orders was R472.76 on Alliexpress and i paid customs of about R300.00, then I recieved an email that my item was STOPPED and requested personal information and proof of purchase which I have provided. I tried making contact in all sort of ways but came to dead ends. Next thing I get another email saying i am due to pay penalties of R646.75 or my item will be marked as abandoned. Is there a way to report these guys to Law enforcement coz this looks like ******ion to me.
