I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Speedaf.

I have had two parcels marked as "delivered", even though neither parcel was ever received by me. How can parcels be marked as delivered when they have not actually been delivered?

What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and assistance when trying to get answers about these missing parcels. As a customer, I expect my parcels to be handled responsibly and, if there is a problem, I expect clear communication and a proper resolution.

This is not acceptable customer service.

Speedaf, please investigate what happened to my two parcels and provide a proper explanation and resolution.

Temu — you also need to seriously reconsider the courier services you choose to use. Customers should not have to deal with this level of frustration after placing an order through your platform.

I hope Speedaf will take this matter seriously and address it properly.
