SPEEDAF-Unreliable & posting Untrue status updates

Speedaf Courier Service is extremely difficult to reach and, unreliable in South Africa. There are recurring issues with parcels remaining on "Out for Delivery" for several days. Delivery status updates are also inaccurate, with repeated claims that the recipient was "unreachable." In my case, there were no missed calls or messages on either of the two supp**** cellphone numbers, and the delivery address was manned and available to receive the parcels. Customers should be able to rely on accurate tracking information and reasonable communication from the courier service,which is not the case with Speedaf.
