Speedaf, please close your doors.

This will be the second time I dealt with this company, and I hope never again, they are totally useless. It is impossible to get hold of them. If I track my order, it says that the package is in the Western Cape, scanned for delivery Speedaf 4, and so I've been trying to get hold if this company to ask if they have an idee by when the package will be delivered so that I can make arrangements. ( It is not if I'm sitting around and my job is to wait for Speedaf to arrive) For two days, I've been trying to phone them, and whatsapp them, but no one bothers to get back to me, the phone numbers they have also don't work, I think this company is a ****, as they have these numbers but no one actually works in customer care. On the 24th of October I got a call from the driver at 20h50 to say his around the corners from my house, but then he started describing the house and it wasn't even my house. I then told him that I've been trying to get hold of someone at his company to say that I will not be home for a few days, and no one got back to me. I told him that his company is useless, and I will put my experience on Hellopeter. He then said, okay and dropped the phone in my ear. So please send the same guy to my house to redeliver the packed, I would like to have a word with him.
