Speedaf not paying tax to SARS ?

Unfortunately the supplier sent the goods by Speedaf, for the last 3 weeks, I have been trying to get a response from Speedaf. I require my tax invoice for Vat and Duty paid. No response from WhatsApp, no response from numerous emails sent,, no answer from the two listed telephone no. Like there is no one home, I am beginning to think that they didn't pay the duty and kept the tax and duty for themselves as the goods should have been duty free.
