Speedaf Not delivering my parcel

Speedaf is delivering my parcel I ordered from AliExpress, Speedaf received the parcel on the 5th of November 2025, on the 8th of November 2025 I received a message that it's out for delivery, I have not received my parcel and Speedaf has been send false notification on AliExpress stating (Client rescheduled deleber, and Client unavailable) On the 13th of November Someone from Speedaf sent a message on WhatsApp asking if my parcel has been delivered, they are the courier company how can the ask me if my parcel has been delivered, I rep**** to the WhatsApp message asking someone to contact me telephonically, but no one has even bothered. Speedaf has a quarries WhatsApp number but no one even reads messages on that number. I don't know if my parcel is lost or what the case is. But I'm truly frustrated with speedaf and there poor service
