Speedaf is very bad

They are very unhelpfull. They don't answer their phones. They only send computer generated whatsapps.

My parcel has been at their warehouse (FLIMA17-teejays, does anyone know what this means) for 5 days already and they just reply with a computer generated message stating that they will give the parcel over to couriers and they will deliver it in 3-5 days.

I cannot get hold of anybody at speedaf
