Speedaf Express delivery ****

I paid for my package to be delivered by Speedaf Express and got a notification that my package would be delivered on Monday 23rd June 2025 but I'm still waiting and their contact centre is no longer going through. I manage to call them only on Monday afternoon to enquire as I waited till late afternoon but got a ride response from the consultant who told me I'm not the only customer and should wait as they can't give me the driver's contact or know how far they are with deliveries. I checked for reviews on Speedaf and people are complaining of being ****med. Temu & SHEIN online stores should take responsibility as they choose these courier companies for their clients. My order was with Temu, this time.
