Speedaf Courier Impossible To Contact

I ordered a small item (R150) from Aliexpress. All it said was free postage, so when I received communication from Speedaf, a courier I had not previously heard of, telling me I needed to pay R82 customs, I thought I was being ****med. I found that such a courier existed so I tried to contact it to discuss the R82. I tried by email, by Whatsapp and by phone, without any success whatsoever. Using tracking apps to monitor the package, it did seem that it was waiting on clearing customs so I eventually paid the R82. The tracking subsequently showed that payment was made, and the package released by customs. Several days later I received the package. My 3 stars given reflects the fact that Speedaf appears impossible to contact to query anything. In my case I wanted confirmation I was not being ****med, plus a breakdown of the customs amount I paid which still seems rather high.
