What people have said about late delivery since December, is true. I have also had the exact same experience. My parcel was in SA on Dec 18, delivery was pushed up to 25-30 Dec, still no word from them. I tried calling the number listed and the lady on the other end was just unbelievably rude. She got short with me, blatantly lying, claiming that I was contacted yesterday but I have no missed calls, then she proceeded to hang up on me without giving me a chance to respond. Something fishy is going on here and as such, I will never be ordering anything from SHEIN again. I’ve received 2 orders from Temu, in the time I made this order. I’m just really not happy. It was my first time ordering from SHEIN I wasn’t aware that this is the delivery experience.
