Sitting on my parcel for almost a month after paying customs charges

I paid Speedaf customs charges for my Temu order the 25th of February which means they're siting on my order and twiddling their thumbs. I am about to claim a refund. Here's my tracking number ZA***T. The courier driver is Liphumile. They're bot system stinks and they're phone line cuts you off without passing you to an agent.
