Return to Sender

****, I cant get my money back On the 27th of November I bought 2 set of wigs from Aliexpress both of them less for R500 in total I paid R800 including shipping. 2 weeks later later they send me a text to pay customs and tax and the charge for that was around 500 so i sent an email to cancel the order because the taxes were too much and i couldn't afford it and on the email from the shipping compant it said if the money was not received within 14 days the order will be returned to china. its been almost 2 months and the order still hasnt been return and when i tried to contact the seller and customer they said that i should accept the deliver and then return it but I cant accept delivery because I need to pay taxes please help me get my money back
