racking and No Support – Extremely Frustrating Experience

I ordered from Shein and was given a tracking number, but the logistics company they used has been a complete nightmare. The tracking number doesn’t work at all – every time I try to check the status, the website says “not found.”

My parcel is already late, and to make things worse, there’s no way to contact their customer service. I’ve tried calling but can’t get through to anyone. There’s zero communication, no updates, and no accountability.

This kind of service is completely unacceptable for an international brand like Shein. If this is the logistics company they continue to use, I’ll think twice before ordering again. Very disappointed.
