Poor customer service/poor communicating/

I ordered on SHEIN on the 30th of August and my parcel was supposed to be delivered by Speedaf on the 9th of September I did receive an email saying that my order is out for delivery but then I did not receive any SMS from the courier guy and to my surprise the order did not arrive then I went to check on the SHEIN app it’s then said my parcel have been rescheduled for tomorrow and I still waited and still my package hasn’t arrived so I wouldn’t recommend this company and I had done my research over this company it is the worst company you can’t choose
