Poor communication and false delivery updates.
As of 22August my parcel has shown that is is out for delivery by courier "John Moyaha" and nothing arrived Same with saterday 23 August. Same guy, yet another delivery failed attemt. Today on 24August ive recieved an amail from "***" asking for my contact number as the courier is trying to reach out for delivery only to get the responce "Good day Ok i checked with them they said they will deliver it tomorrow"
This Bad review is to let other people know that you as SpeedAF Express has Poor comunication skills and give False delivery updates to customers. Ive canceled my weekend plans to make sure im here to collect my parcel yet nothing has came as indicated.
Very dissapointed and truely wish we could choose our courier service, cause SpeedAF is so useless and does not get back to your asked question,

Sad to know that Temu Uses sutch slow resources with drivers that does not have a clue on where to ho and how to plan. What is the point of including your personal address if they constantly ask the location and then gives an ETA.
They have so many sad customers because they dont focus one one and deal with the matter on hand firts.
