Pathetic service

Speedaf is the worst company to deal with. Their updates are delayed and there is nobody you can speak to within the company. After a deep dive on the internet, I found contact information for a lady who works at speedaf. She must've responded to me once or twice, and proceeded to ignore me thereafter. Speedaf handed over my shein parcel to a third party courier company who has had my parcel with them for 2 weeks! The parcel has been 'out for delivery' since monday morning, it is now Thursday night and I have not received my shein order. Absolutely ridiculous
