PATHETIC SERVICE

I have followed the couriers that had to deliver my parcel on the 4th December 2024. He said I was not available of which he is a ****. He never contacted me at all. When I called customer service the Thursday at 5pm because I've been calling since the morning but always no answer. Nevertheless, the lady rep**** that the driver took my parcel back to Joburg. Seriously. How stupid can that be. I then told her to tell her manager to call me and up till now nobody called back. Friday morning I got a brief call asking my address again because John will be delivering my parcel. What time they could not say but I will get it. I wasted a whole day on John who never arrived and took it back to Cape Town depo. I called Cape Town and nobody answer after holding on for 20min... with a voice saying.... thank you for your patience. Most pathetic service ever. I want to know what are they going to wrt my parcel because I need it for Monday morning since I'm leaving on holiday. Buffalo delivery is far most sufficient. I will never ever use this service again.
