Parcel Stuck – I Need It by Monday or Refund Me

I’m extremely frustrated with the poor service from Speedaf. My SHEIN parcel has been “in transit” for several days with no real movement or updates. The tracking is not changing, and there’s no clear delivery date.

I’m traveling on Tuesday and I urgently need this parcel delivered by Monday, or it will be completely useless to me. I have already contacted SHEIN and tried getting help through the Speedaf tracking site, but no one is taking accountability.

The delay is unacceptable and the lack of communication is even worse. I expect this matter to be escalated immediately, or I’ll expect a full refund for the items and the shipping fee.
