Paid My Tax, But Still No Customs Clearance – Poor Service

I paid my tax to Speedaf on the 9th of July and sent proof of payment immediately. However, as of today, my status still hasn't been updated to "customs cleared." I've reached out to them multiple times, and all I get is the same vague response: "We will update finance."

This lack of urgency and accountability is incredibly frustrating and draining. I expected better service after fulfilling my part promptly. I urge Speedaf to take their customers seriously and resolve these issues efficiently. People rely on timely deliveries, and this delay is completely unnecessary
