One flaw is ok, but plenty excuses is not on!

I just changed my mind. From a 4* to a 1* . The courier Speedaf is a total disaster. Confusion on delivery date they just change at random. They don’t communicate. The parcel was actually delivered on a day they verified , then retracted it to go back to the office for scanning. The delivery was promised for next day(17/07) Now it’s changed for 3-5 days after finally responding to the WA I send on the 14/07. They lie telling me they called, but no answer. I am right at the vehicle so what’s the necessity of answering. They don’t respond on WA and keep on changing info. In future if I see Speedaf I’ll cancel all orders.
