No response, just lies.

I tried to contact them about an alternative payment method as the one provided required my personal banking log in info. I tried 2 different cell numbers on messages, WhatsApp, and phone call so many times my airtime was depleted. I tried any and all email addresses linked to them (again numerous times) and even directly contacted their customer service straight from their website 3 separate times, I didn't receive so much as an automated reply. What was received tho was an up right rude message to my mother's number about how no one would bother to refund an abandoned package, and that it would be returned on the 20th. Spoiler, it was not. 2 months of radio silence silence bar the constant "tax payment notice" emails. Until eventually they responded and said that the parcel would be returned by the 30th (of the month after the initial threat). It was bull****. 4 ****ing months after I placed the order and it was finally returned and refunded.
