No delivery from speedaf

Yesterday I was supposed to have received my parcel from shein but it wasn't delivered because Jenino May said there was too much traffic and he doesn't deliver to Protea Glen, mind you I am not even in protea Glen, I am in lenasia south the opposite direction of protea Glen.He said that he will give it to someone who works in Protea Glen.Such gross unprofessionalism, I have never seen.I don't even know if I am going to receive my parcel at all today and if everything will be intact.Yoh what a mess of a company.....
