No customer service whatsoever!!!! Absolutely shocking!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service... No customer service whatsoever... When they finally do answer the telephone, they make no effort to find a solution to the problem. I have an urgent parcel that needs to be delivered by Friday, 13 December. They are just not doing any effort about this. The parcel has been lying with them since the 4th of December already. My situation was escalated to the Supervisor, till now, no supervisor has called me. Absolutely shocking service!!!! Disastrous company!!!!
